Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time for each item.
Prior to shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. You may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
